The reconstruction of the building includes the replacement of the roofing. Boutiq Development decided to install a unique NEBESYS transparent roof, which is transparent from the inside.

As a result, the future owners of the penthouses will get beautifully illuminated interiors with interesting views. The transparent parts of the roof have an automatic shading system, which, like the rest of the home, can be controlled remotely using Smart Home technology.

Progress and objective of the total reconstruction of the house

We love Prague and that's why our renovations bring back the shine to historic buildings. During the renovation we protect architecturally valuable elements such as decorative stucco on the facades, Art Nouveau tiles in the corridors or carved door portals. At the same time, we replace obsolete building elements with new ones to give you a functional modern home.

In addition to the roof and façade, new ceilings, plaster and floors will be added to Tachovské náměstí. In addition, all doors will be replaced and new wooden windows with triple glazing will be installed in all units, both commercial and residential. The wiring will also be renewed and new fibre optic cables will be laid throughout.

The aim is to bring the 19th-century apartment building up to a condition comparable to that of a new building, while retaining its historical genius loci.
