The apartment house with 15 residential units is located in the quiet area, at the end of a blind alley, with garage parking under the house (17 garage standings) and with large parking for approx. 20 cars next to the house.
Each apartment has a spacious terrace with view on Hamer pond. The goal was to make intimate project with mostly large apartments for families 85 and 95 m2, with 2 bathrooms in each apartment 3+kitchenette and larger, storage spaces, terrace, cellar box and available parking.
